These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Qvit mobile application ("the App"), operated by Qvit ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Qvit is a self-help and habit-tracking tool intended to support you in reducing or quitting certain behaviors. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes.
2. Not Medical Advice
Qvit is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. The content and tools in the App are for informational and motivational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. If you are experiencing a serious addiction, mental health crisis, or thoughts of self-harm, please seek help from a qualified healthcare professional or your local emergency services immediately.
3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Qvit offers an auto-renewable subscription, "Qvit Premium," available as a monthly or yearly plan. The following terms apply:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Purchases
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies; we are unable to process refunds directly.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Qvit and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result, including recovery from any habit or addiction.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qvit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
